With a hammered Tsuchime finish on the 3 layer blade, this Carbon beauty will get more and more character with each slice and each wash.  The patina will come out and you'll love the way it looks with the sleek oak handle. 

As with all Carbon steel, keep this knife away from water except for washing to avoid rusting.
